Italy
Italy is located on the Apennine Peninsula, and is one of the most industrialized and richest countries in the world. Its capital Rome, situated on the river Tiber counts over 2 thousand years and boasts with preserved in a good condition remnants of the great Roman Empire. It is also a unique city, because it contains a separate country, the Vatican, which is the headquarter of the highest authorities of the Roman Catholic Church.
Italy is inevitably associated with the Colosseum, pasta, pizza, and very spontaneous temperament of its inhabitants. But this is not everything that can be said about this country.
Italy will be undoubtedly considered for the cradle of European art music, painting, sculpture and architecture. Figures such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo and Antonio Vivaldi leave no doubt as to the quality and power left by their pieces of work. Moreover, the Italians occupy a leading position in fashion industry as the fashion designers and brands such as Versace and Prada are the icons on the clothing market.
Italy belongs to the most populous countries in Europe, and the Italian language is considered the most melodious language in the world. The inhabitants of this country over all appreciate great fun, unhurried approach to life and large, multigenerational families, and their spontaneous and impulsive nature makes Italy a country where it is hard to talk about traffic regulations.
